When you upload a file, we generate a blurred preview that clients can see before paying. For images, we apply a heavy blur filter. For documents, we show a blurred first page. For other file types, we display a file icon with metadata. The full file is only accessible after payment.

We use Stripe for all payments, which means your clients can pay with credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and many local payment methods depending on their region. All payments are processed securely.

Free accounts can upload files up to 100MB. Pro accounts support up to 1GB, and Business accounts up to 5GB. If you need larger file support, contact us for a custom plan.

Payments go directly to your connected Stripe account. When a client pays, the money is transferred to your Stripe balance minus a small platform fee. You can then withdraw to your bank account through Stripe's standard payout schedule.

Pro and Business users can add their own logo, brand colors, and custom message to every delivery page. This makes the payment experience feel like an extension of your brand, not a third-party tool.

Absolutely. We never see or store your client's payment information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.
